Hello, my name is Henry Chung and I am the face behind Henry Chung Fitness. I’m currently located in Toronto, Canada working in Product Development full-time, while creating content at the side in the areas of triathlon and cycling.
As a budget cyclist, I thoroughly enjoy finding deals on AliExpress and building bikes from scratch. My first road bike build was a Trifox X16 rim brake with Superteam carbon wheels and Shimano 105 groupset in 2022. I wanted to challenge myself to build a disc brake road bike, so I ventured into sourcing parts and built a Hygge Model S in 2023.
Through testing products, I’ve worked with various brands along the way including Duonamic, Outdoor Master, Wheeltop, Unit1, Magene, Cycplus, Swiftofo, Darevie, Nank, Santic Cycling, Ravemen, and Sumarpo. I’ve even had the opportunity to collaborate with Zwift with some ASMR content for their new Zwift Ride!
